Provolone cheeseburgers - Broiled burgers hugged with melted provolone cheese: Provolone cheese melts with a lovely chewiness and if round, hugs the hamburger all around the edges. I took this shot at dinner time at the beginning of August, bokeh of the western side of our yard, lettuce on the side.
